With the object of furthering
discussions on constitutional law, the Constitutional Law Club Blog, welcomes submission from
members of the bar, legal professionals, law students, or every constitutional
law enthusiasts. The blog intends to publish opinions pieces in foregrounding
rights and other reforming laws and contemporary developments in the domain of
constitutional law or its intersection with the other disciplines and areas of
law.
Authors are expected to adhere to the
following submission guidelines:

Articles
should contain content that is both original
and unpublished.
v Articles
should be submitted in Microsoft Word
format to clclub@nusrlranchi.ac.in.
v We prefer
articles in the range of 1500-2000 words.However
flexibility can be allowed in circumstances where the article cannot be
justified within that word limit.
v Lengthier
articles can be published in the form of Blog series with the permission of the
editors.
v The content should be written in Times New Roman Font with
a size of 12and line
Spacing is to be maintained at 1.5.
v
We encourage
the use of hyperlinks as opposed to
endnotes and footnotes. However, if your article contains sources that cannot
be linked, please use Bluebook Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (BLUEBOOK) (20th edition) style in the
endnotes.
v
The
manuscript should be accompanied by a cover letter specifying the author’s
name, designation, institute, contact number, and email for future reference
v
The authors
are encouraged to provide a relevant photograph regarding the subject matter of
the article if they wish a photographic preview in the blog-posts and social
media updates
v Articles are evaluated on the basis of following criteria: relevancy of the article, content of the article and language employed in the article. The blog tend to publish perspectives that are not adequately covered on other platforms.
v In the case of gross plagiarism found in the contents of the submitted manuscript, the manuscript shall be subject to rejection.
v Copyright of all blog posts shall remain with the Constitutional Law Club, NUSRL
